COVID Refund Deadline

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: Due to Covid -19, on March 15, 2020 we closed our facility and halted all memberships until we were able to re-open. On June 1, 2020 we re-opened and offered members to receive a refund for any unused days or have their membership extended by the days that were missed. On September 11, 2020 we evaluated all accounts that had not been re-activated or refunded, calculated the days remaining and posted a credit to the Parks & Recreation account associated with the membership. These credits on account don’t have an expiration date.  If you have not returned to the facility and would like a refund of these credits please apply for this refund by September 30, 2021. Effective October 1, 2021, all Covid-19 related credits will not be refundable and will remain as credit on your Parks & Recreation account.
